JFK's third and fourth grade ENL students had an exciting visit to the
Alley Pond Environmental Center, where they eagerly explored the world of animals and their young. Guided by an APEC expert, they learned about a variety of species, such as birds, frogs, and turtles. The
children asked many questions and even interacted with live animals.
The day wrapped up with a fantastic nature walk, making it a memorable and educational experience for everyone as they discovered how animals nurture their offspring.
